Commercial production is when the vehicle appears in paid advertising, licensed brand campaigns, or any media being sold commercially. The distinction matters for insurance and licensing. For standard content creation (Instagram, YouTube, portfolio sites, editorial features), you're well within normal use.

The driver (the renter) is responsible for where the car is parked. Public roads and parking areas are fine. Private property requires the property owner's permission regardless of whether a camera is involved. Most of the best East TN shoot locations are on public land (Foothills Parkway, GSMNP roads) or in public right-of-ways.

If two cars are available on the same dates, yes. Book them separately. For shoots where both cars need to be in the same place at the same time, confirm with us that the pickup logistics work.

Golden hour in the Smokies is exceptional. The low angle of the sun through tree lines in the late afternoon, the fog in the valleys at sunrise. The region has dramatic natural light that doesn't require much setup. Foothills Parkway west faces west, which makes late afternoon the best window.
