Do I need a credit card to rent?
We accept major credit and debit cards. A valid driver's license and a card in your name are required at booking.
What is the minimum driver age?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid license. Age restrictions may vary by vehicle — check the specific vehicle page for details.
Can I take the car on Tail of the Dragon?
Yes. Our fleet is here for exactly that reason. US-129 (Tail of the Dragon) is within our standard operating area. Just drive responsibly — 318 curves demand it.
Is there a mileage limit?
Most rentals include generous daily mileage. Check your specific vehicle's booking page for the mileage policy and overage rates.
How does pickup work?
We have two pickup points: McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) and Pearson Springs Park in Maryville. Contactless lockbox pickup is available — no waiting in line.
