What a prom rental actually is, and isn't
A prom rental can be part of the photos and arrival plan. Check passenger space, access in formal clothes and where the car can be parked for portraits.
The person driving must meet the current requirements and complete the booking’s approval steps. A parent’s reservation does not make another person eligible to drive.
The right car for the moment
- Leave time for daylight portraits before the evening schedule
- Check the actual seating and access on the current listing
- Plan an indoor or covered photo option if the weather changes
- Choose pickup and return times that cover the whole event
Booking and logistics
Choose Maryville pickup or TYS airport delivery when requesting a direct booking. Follow the location and access instructions for your confirmed trip, and contact us if your arrival plans change.
Contact us before arranging a gift booking. Identify the intended driver and complete the required booking steps before planning around the car.
Frequently asked questions
Can a high school student rent the car?
Review the current driver eligibility and document requirements in the booking flow and rental terms. Each person who plans to drive must complete the required approval steps before driving.
Can we take professional photos with the car before the dance?
Absolutely. Booking the day before or early on prom day gives you daylight for pre-prom portraits. This is one of the most common uses. The car is there for photos before the couple even leaves the house.
How far in advance should we book for a May prom date?
Check the current listing and requested dates as soon as your event date is known. Follow the booking status and required steps; browsing a car or submitting a request does not reserve it.
Can the car be decorated for prom?
Ask us about the specific decoration before booking or attaching anything to the vehicle. Follow the current rental terms and the instructions for that car.
How do I see pricing and request a booking?
Open a vehicle and select your trip start and end dates and times to see pricing. A listed vehicle is not a guarantee of availability for your dates. Continue from the vehicle page to submit a booking request.
Where do I collect the car?
Choose Maryville pickup or contactless delivery at McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). Review the pickup instructions for your confirmed booking before traveling. Airport delivery has no separate delivery charge. Customer responsible for airport parking fee upon exit, typically no more than $13
