You land at TYS, unlock the car, and you're on Alcoa Highway within minutes. US-441 south is a straight shot toward Gatlinburg from there: through Maryville, through Townsend, and into the mountains. Or you cut over earlier on US-321 if you want the scenic routing.
45 minutes is fast enough that most guests pick up at TYS and drive directly to Gatlinburg rather than stopping at the Maryville pickup point. The airport adds logistics simplicity for travelers with checked bags.

Can I drive to Clingman's Dome from Gatlinburg in a rental?
Yes. Clingman's Dome Road is a paved two-lane road accessible from Newfound Gap. The road is typically closed December 1 through March 31 but open the rest of the year. Any vehicle in our fleet handles it fine.
How do I see pricing and request a booking?

Where do I collect the car?
