Drive865 provides a platform that connects vehicle owners (hosts) with renters (guests). You must use the service only for lawful purposes, in compliance with these terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and hold a valid driver's license to book a vehicle. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep it updated.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your reservation as described at checkout. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Conduct and Prohibited Uses

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive865 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service or any vehicle rental arranged through the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
